THE PHOTO SHOOT INCLUDES
WARDROBE CONSULTATION
A few weeks before your Photo Shoot, we will contact you (in the studio, or through whatsapp or web conference).
Here, we will jointly decide which wardrobe to choose for your photo shoot, depending on the style you want to be photographed with.
THE MAKEUP
When you arrive at the studio, a professional makeup artist will do your makeup and hair.
We want you to enjoy all the details in your makeup, to feel absolutely beautiful,
So, if you prefer to change something, let the makeup artist know and it will meet what you like.
THE PHOTO SHOOT
Once you've gotten dressed and are fully ready, I'll guide you through the session to position yourself
in order to enhance your silhouette and to capture your beauty.
During the session I will be able to get in tune with you in order to capture your expressions
to bring out your inner light and message for your brand.
THE REVEAL/VISUALIZATION OF THE IMAGES
After your photoshoot, we will arrange a date to view and choose your images.
During this development, I will present a selection of the best photos and you will be able to choose the best photos of the
images you'll fall in love with.

General Conditions
APPOINTMENT AND DATE RESERVATION
Upon receipt of the booking request form, a date for the session will be agreed upon by email or message, according to the availability of
studio schedule and client availability. The session is pre-booked for 3 days, until it is made effective by paying the deposit. If it is not
Once the payment of the deposit has been made, after the 3 days, the dates are released, and the process will have to be repeated.
DOWN PAYMENT AND PAYMENT
At the time of booking the session, the deposit payment in the amount of 100 € must be made (Booking Confirmation), the remaining payment will be paid on the day of the photo session.
In exceptional cases, there are payment plans available, more information on request.
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
RESCHEDULING | CANCELLATIONS
After the initially agreed appointment, the rescheduling may be considered, after agreement with the studio, and subject to the availability of the studio's schedule.
CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND COPYRIGHT
On the day of the session, before the beginning of the session, the contract for the provision of photographic service, previously sent, will be signed by both parties.
If there is an objection to the online availability of images, it must be mentioned and reinforced before the start of the session.
During the session, photographs and videos of it may be taken.
AFTER THE SESSION - DELIVERY
After the session, Rute Raposo photography will pre-select the photographs for the clients to choose from (proofs, images without final treatment).
This choice will be made through an online meeting through the zoom platform, or in person (in case of non-attendance at the meeting (virtual or face-to-face), the scheduling of a new meeting has a cost of €35.
After choosing, the chosen photographs will be edited and delivered to the customer (depending on the chosen modality), all remaining photographs will be eliminated.
There is the option for customers to purchase additional photos to their previously purchased pack, for an additional fee.
Photographs not selected by the customer (edited or unedited) are not delivered.
No printed images or products will be delivered to the customer until all payments are settled.
DEADLINES
The availability of your session exams will be made on average in 1 - 2 weeks after your session (in case of a high volume of work, this period may have to be extended).
The final digital photos will be delivered within an average of 3 - 4 weeks after the customer's selection of the final photos.
The editing process will only start after payment of all missing amounts (including additional photos).
